What is Thai Silkware’s exchange or return policy?

Who pays the cost of sending the products back to Thailand?
Postage and handling charges, both to and from our Bangkok will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. However, at our discretion, Thai Silkware may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products purchased inside Thailand.
What if the item or items are lost in transit back to Thai Silkware?
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Thai Silkware will not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
